Samboja – PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PHM) inaugurated the Nyiur Sembilan Baanjung Culinary and Botanical Tourism Program, an initiative aimed at developing the Nyiur Sembilan area as an eco-edutourism destination that offers not only recreation but also educational experiences for visitors. The inauguration took place on Sunday, September 8, 2025, in the Nyiur Sembilan area, located in Handil Baru Darat Village, Samboja District, Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan.

Samarinda – PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PHM) took part in the Socialization Event of the Yupa Inscription toward the UNESCO Memory of the World at Mulawarman University on Monday, September 8, 2025. The event was organized by the Cultural Heritage Preservation Center (Balai Pelestarian Kebudayaan/BPK) Region XIV of East and North Kalimantan. PHM’s participation was part of the company’s CSR initiatives through its CSR program Melestarikan Tingkilan Kutai, commonly known as Sanggar Melatiku.

Sangatta – PT Pertamina EP (PEP) Sangatta Field successfully held a 5K Fun Run themed “Menggerakkan Energi Kebaikan” (Moving the Energy of Kindness) at the Anggrek Hitam Patra Club (AHPC) area on September 13, 2025. The event brought together around 500 participants from various villages in South Sangatta District, East Kutai, East Kalimantan.

Bunyu Island, North Kalimantan – PT Pertamina EP (PEP) Bunyu Field and Pertamina Hulu Energi Nunukan Company (PHENC) carried out the planting of 2,500 mangrove seedlings at Dermaga Cinta, Bunyu Barat Village, Bunyu District, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan Province. The activity also highlighted the strategic partnership between PHENC and BPRL Ventures Indonesia B.V. (BVIBV), PHENC’s partner in upstream oil and gas operations in the Nunukan Working Area.

Kutai Kartanegara – PT Pertamina Hulu Sanga Sanga (PHSS) held the Guru Tamu Program for two vocational high schools, SMK Negeri 1 Muara Badak and SMK Negeri 1 Marangkayu, in Kutai Kartanegara Regency on September 2 and 11, 2025. The program reflected PHSS’s commitment to continuously supporting the improvement of vocational education quality for young generations living in the areas surrounding the Company’s operational areas in East Kalimantan. Through this program, PHSS professionals served as guest teachers, sharing valuable knowledge, skills, and experiences with 190 students.
