PT Pertamina Hulu Kalimantan Timur and BDI Santan Terminal Provide Access to Clean Water for the Sebuntal Village Community

Marangkayu – PT Pertamina Hulu Kalimantan Timur (PHKT), in collaboration with the Islamic Dawah Organization/Badan Dakwah Islam (BDI) at Santan Terminal, inaugurated a borewell in Sebuntal Village, Marangkayu Subdistrict, Kutai Kartanegara, on October 24, 2025. The new facility is expected to provide a sustainable solution to the community’s clean water needs. The bore well, located in the compound of The Nur Mosque, one of the local mosques in Sebuntal Village, reaches a depth of approximately 60 meters. In addition, BDI will assist the community to ensure the well’s sustainability, including knowledge transfer on maintenance and management practices.

Supporting Government Programs, PT Pertamina Hulu Kalimantan Timur Wins Two Awards in Family Welfare and Stunting Prevention

Penajam – PT Pertamina Hulu Kalimantan Timur (PHKT) received two awards for its active role and support of government programs in the fields of family welfare and stunting prevention. The first award was presented by the National Population and Family Planning Agency/Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) of East Kalimantan for PHKT’s support of the Child Care and Nurturing Center/Taman Asuh Sayang Anak (TAMASYA) Program. The second award was given by the Penajam Paser Utara (PPU) District Government in recognition of PHKT’s contribution to the Foster Parent Movement to Prevent Stunting Program/ Program Gerakan Orang Tua Asuh Cegah Stunting.

Supporting Gas Sales Commitment with PLN Tanjung Batu, PEP Sangasanga Field, and Sangatta Field Exceed Gas Sales Performance Targets

Balikpapan – PT Pertamina EP (PEP) Sangasanga Field and Sangatta Field recorded an increase in oil and gas lifting commercialization through a Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement/Perjanjian Jual Beli Gas (PJBG) with PLN Tanjung Batu, delivering gas of 8.019 MMSCFD. This achievement drove higher gas sales performance as of September 22, 2025, compared to the monthly target. Through this commercialization, the average monthly revenue in 2025 increased by approximately Rp3.9 billion above the committed sales target.

PT Pertamina Hulu Sanga Sanga Provides Assistance to Flood-Affected Community in Muara Badak Subdistrict, Kutai Kartanegara

Kutai Kartanegara – PT Pertamina Hulu Sanga Sanga (PHSS) provided emergency food assistance to residents affected by flooding in three villages within Muara Badak Subdistrict, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, on Thursday, 23 October 2025. Through the Pertamina Peduli Program, PHSS acted swiftly to distribute more than 530 aid packages to residents in Desa Badak Baru, Desa Muara Badak Ilir, and Desa Muara Badak Ulu, coordinating closely with local government authorities in the three villages.

Prioritizing the Use of Domestic Products, PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam Wins Subroto Award 2025

Jakarta – PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PHM) once again achieved national recognition at the Subroto Award 2025, the highest accolade presented by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources/Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) for players in the national energy industry. This year, PHM won in the Domestic Product Utilization category for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities among Production Sharing Contract Contractors/Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi pada Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS). The award trophy was presented directly by Vice Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Yuliot Tanjung, at the ceremony held in Jakarta on Friday (October 24, 2025).

PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia Achieves Above-Target Oil and Gas Lifting in the Third Quarter of 2025

Jakarta – PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia (PHI) achieved oil and gas lifting above the Company’s target, recording an average of 57.6 thousand barrels of oil per day and 534.8 million standard cubic feet of gas per day as of the third quarter of 2025. PHI President Director, Sunaryanto, delivered the positive performance during the Town Hall Meeting (THM) of the President Director held in a hybrid format on Friday (October 24, 2025), and attended by more than 1,500 employees from the head office in Jakarta, Balikpapan operations office, and various operational fields across Kalimantan. The above-target oil and gas production was mainly supported by increases in production from the Mahakam Working Area and Sanga Sanga Working Area, operated by PHI subsidiaries PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam and PT Pertamina Hulu Sanga Sanga.
