Balikpapan – PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PHM) has officially commenced the onstream of the Sisi Nubi Area of Interest 1-3-5 (Sisi Nubi AOI) Project, a strategic initiative aimed at increasing the Company’s oil and gas production to support national energy availability and security. The project’s success was marked by the first onstream well, SS-401, at the WPS4 Platform on December 4, 2025, at 12:23 WITA with a production rate of 2.4 MMscfd (Adj Choke 24/64”). The well ramped up to a 42/64” choke on December 5, 2025, at 09:10 WITA, reaching 10 MMscfd. As outlined in the project plan, well SS-406 at the same platform will be opened on December 6, 2025, with both wells targeted to reach a combined production of 20 MMscfd by December 8, 2025.

UMK Academy is part of the Company’s CSR program and serves as a strategic initiative to support the advancement of its fostered Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) so they can grow, compete, and improve their income and well-being.

Kutai Kartanegara – PT Pertamina Hulu Sanga Sanga (PHSS) continues to make breakthroughs to optimize oil and gas production through the implementation of various innovations across its working area. One of these efforts is the development of the Dondang area, which includes the Mutiara and Pamaguan fields, achieving a daily production of 3,600 barrels of oil and 2 million standard cubic feet of gas throughout 2025. This figure accounts for around 40% of PHSS&'s oil production and 7% of its gas production.

Yogyakarta – PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PHM) hosted the Semester II 2025 Workshop on Warehouse and Explosives Safety, held on 11–12 November 2025 in Yogyakarta. The event was part of this year’s agenda of the Kalimantan–Sulawesi Explosives Communication Forum (Forkomex). The workshop served as an important platform to strengthen synergy, enhance competencies, and update explosives safety governance, which plays a vital role in upstream oil and gas operations.

Samarinda – PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PHM) held the Guru Penggerak (Teacher Leaders) Sustainability Forum in Samarinda, East Kalimantan, on 13–15 November 2025. The forum is part of PHM’s flagship CSR program, the Sekolah Negeri Terapung (Floating Public School) initiative, which is implemented in two coastal villages, Tani Baru and Sepatin in Anggana District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency.

Jakarta — PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia (PHI) commemorated the /Hari Kesehatan Nasional (HKN) by holding a Talk Show that discussed the importance of physical and mental health for workers in supporting productivity and strong performance. The event took place at Graha Elnusa in Jakarta on 12 November 2025, with the theme “Energize Your Health, Maximize Your Productivity.” At the venue, participants who are also Company workers could access free health check and consultation services. This year’s HKN commemoration also marked the peak of the PHISHYC 2025 Wellness Program implementation within PHI, which has been running for four months.2025 National Health Day
