Jakarta – PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia (PHI) and one of its subsidiaries, PT Pertamina Hulu Sanga Sanga (PHSS), held the signing of the Renewed Collective Labor Agreement/ Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB) for the 2026–2028 Period together with the Labor Union/Serikat Pekerja (SP) in Jakarta on June 25, 2026. Under the theme "PKB as a Pillar for Strengthening Human Resources for National Energy Sovereignty," the signing marked a strategic momentum for collaboration between the Company and its workers in driving safe, reliable, compliant, and sustainable operations and business performance.
The PHI PKB was signed by PHI President Director Sunaryanto and PHI Labor Union President Aditya Nugraha, witnessed by the Head of the South Jakarta Administrative City Manpower, Transmigration, and Energy Sub-Office, Syamwil. Also present at the event were PHI VP Business Support Farah Dewi, representatives from Pertamina Upstream Subholding's Human Capital division, and other relevant stakeholders.
PHI President Director Sunaryanto affirmed the Company's belief in the importance of human resources in supporting the achievement of its vision to become a leading national energy company that supports the sustainability of oil and gas production for the availability and security of Indonesia's energy supply. "The signing of this PKB represents the Company's commitment to protecting the rights and obligations of both workers and the Company within a harmonious industrial relationship," he explained.
According to him, harmonious industrial relations between workers and the Company are essential to supporting smooth operations and the sustainability of oil and gas production, which is vital for national energy supply and security.
The PHI PKB for the 2026–2028 Period is effective from June 25, 2026, to June 24, 2028. The document will subsequently be registered with the South Jakarta Administrative City Manpower, Transmigration, and Energy Sub-Office in accordance with applicable regulations. The newly signed PKB regulates a range of important aspects of industrial relations, including the rights and obligations of both the Company and its workers, harmonization of employment condition norms, health facilities and remuneration within the Upstream Subholding environment, as well as various provisions aimed at maintaining harmonious industrial relations and preventing labor disputes.
On the same occasion, PHSS also carried out the signing of its PKB for the 2026–2028 Period, conducted by Sunaryanto in his capacity as Director of PT PHSS and Aditia Hermanu, Chairman of the PHSS Labor Union, witnessed by representatives from the Kutai Kartanegara Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office, SKK Migas, Zona 9 General Manager Dadang Soewargono, and the Upstream Subholding's Human Capital division.
The successful signing of the PHI and PHSS PKBs for the 2026–2028 Period reflects increasingly mature and constructive industrial relations within the Company, which is expected to foster high worker productivity and improved company performance.
