President Commissioner

Meidawati earned her Bachelor's in Mining Engineering in 1988 from Sriwijaya University. Meidawati's professional experience at Pertamina includes
VP Plan and Risk Management of PT Pertamina EP in 2011 – 2013, then
VP Strategic Planning and Risk Management of PT Pertamina EP in 2013 – 2014, later becoming a VP Planning, Project, and Risk Management of
PT Pertamina Hulu Energi in 2014 – 2015.

In 2015, she was appointed as Senior Vice President Upstream Strategic Planning & Operation Evaluation of PT Pertamina (Persero) and became Senior Vice Upstream Strategic Planning & Performance Evaluation of PT Pertamina (Persero) in 2018.

In December 2018, Meidawati was appointed as President Director of
PT Pertamina Hulu Energi until June 2020.

Meidawati has served as Commissioner in several companies, namely
PT Pertamina EP in 2015 – 2018 and PT Pertamina EP Cepu in 2018 – 2019.

Meidawati was officially appointed as President Commissioner of
PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia by the Shareholders' Decision Circular regarding the GMS on the Dismissal and Appointment of the Company's President Commissioner on January 24, 2024.

Edi Eko Cahyono

Commissioner

Edi Eko Cahyono officially serves as Commissioner of PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia based on a Shareholder’s Decision Circular on 5 April 2022.

Edi was born in Pati in 1982. He earned a bachelor's degree from University of Indonesia in 2008. Edi continued his postgraduate education in Accounting at Gadjah Mada University and managed to get a master's degree in 2014.

Edi's career journey at the Ministry of SOEs includes served as Head of Research Sub-Sector in 2014, Head of Research Sub-Sector for SOE I in 2015, PLT Head of Research Sub-Sector for SOE II in 2018, Head of Planning and Performance Management in 2020, PLT Assistant to Deputy for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and PPKM Madya to Asdep CSR Coordinator in February 2022 until now.

Edi has experience in assignments as Secretary of Board of Commissioners in several companies, such as PT Industri Nuklir Indonesia (Persero) in 2001-2012, PT LEN Industri (Persero) in 2013, PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminum (Persero) in 2014, PT Petrokimia Gresik in 2016 , PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in 2019, and PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk from 2020-2022.

Mirza Mahendra

Commissioner

Mirza Mahendra officially serves as Commissioner of PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia based on a Shareholders’ Circular Decision on 28 October 2022.

Mirza was born in 1981. He earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Trisakti University in 2003. Mirza continued his Master of Engineering majoring Gas Management in 2008 and managed to get a Doctorate in Chemical Engineering from the University of Indonesia in 2015. Mirza also took a Master's degree in Business Administration and obtained a Master's degree from Prasetiya Mulya University in 2021.

Mirza has held important positions, including the Section Head Of Upstream Oil And Gas Worker And Public Safety Directorate General of Oil and Gas until 2015, Section Head of the Downstream Oil and Gas Installation Safety in 2015, Deputy Director of Downstream Oil and Gas Safety until 2018, Deputy Director of Upstream Oil and Gas Safety in 2018-2021, Risk Management Monitoring Committee of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) in 2020-2022, Inspector IV of the Inspectorate General of Oil and Gas 2021-2022, Commissioner of PT Elnusa Petrofin in 2022, and Director of Oil and Gas Engineering and Environment of the Directorate General of Oil and Gas of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources in 2022.
