HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment) Excellence is the main aspect we carry out in realizing the Company’s goals. HSSE is consistently implemented in all of the Company’s business activities, from drilling to audit system, and is promoted as a culture in the Company.
All of our operations are planned and carried out to a high standard to ensure the health, safety, and security of workers, communities, and the environment. The following indicators reflect the outcome of our excellent HSSE implementation:
Reduce the Total Recordable Injury Rate (TRIR)
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) challenges are integral to operational processes, with safety serving as the foundation of our operations.Therefore, we managed to record a Regional 3 TRIR figure of 0.12, below the permitted threshold of 0.19. Our commitment to excellence drives ongoing mitigation efforts aimed at reducing the TRIR year after year.
Obtain beyond compliance “GREEN PROPER” rating from MoEF
Innovation in the social and environmental field is a manifestation of
our commitment to global sustainability. Our environmental management
performance is supported by Corporate Social & Responsibility (CSR)
programs, which have been recognized by the Government of Indonesia
through the Green and Gold PROPER ratings awarded by the Ministry of
Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia.
In 2025, seven oil and gas fields received the PROPER Green rating.
Sustainability Pertamina Expectations for HSSE Management Excellence (SUPREME)
PHI implements the HSE Management System referring to the SUPREME
implementation guide issued by PT Pertamina (Persero).
In 2024, the cultural survey results for all zonas in Regional 3
achieved score ≥ 4.2, or at the Proactive level.
In 2025, Full SUPREME Audit was conducted in Zona 9, Zona 10, and JOB
Pertamina Medco E&P Simenggaris, with Light Green result.
