Jakarta- PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia (PHI) held an Anti-Corruption Campaign (KAK) to increase employee awareness of the dangers of corruption and invite workers to avoid all forms of corruption inside and outside the work environment. The series of KAK activities took place from February to March 2023.
PHI Senior Manager Relations, Farah Dewi, explained that the Company invites employees to participate in this KAK activity so that a commitment is formed to carrying out anti-corruption, anti-collusion, and anti-nepotism actions.
"This activity was made by involving PHI workers, including through webinars and competitions such as Compliance Role Play competitions, Voice Over competitions in the form of videos and poster competitions with the theme "My Good Notes Becoming an Officer with Integrity Because #Regional3 is Great Without Bribery," said Farah Dewi.
In the KAK webinar, Indonesian Constitutional Law Expert Dr. Zainal Arifn Mochtar, SH, LLM, presented material entitled "Integrity and Anti-Corruption Culture in the Upstream Oil and Gas Sector.
Zainal explained that now is the right moment to carry out anti-corruption practices for the sake of future generations. "Hopefully, our children and grandchildren can enjoy a cleaner Indonesia because this is a long process, but I have confidence that if we sow the anti-corruption seeds properly, in 10 to 15 years, our children will be able to live in a more anti-corruption Indonesia. corruption," said Zainal.
In addition, KAK also invited Hanung Bramantyo, an Indonesian director, producer, screenwriter, and actor, to participate as a resource person and provide training in making quality videos. In one of the training sessions for the winners of the role-play video competition, Hanung said that with social media, watching and making films can be done from anywhere. "Therefore, the convenience obtained from this technology should be used to spread good messages, such as anti-corruption messages," explained Hanung.
In addition, Farah Dewi added that in carrying out the anti-bribery management system, the directors, the management, the board of commissioners, and all employees expressed a commitment to anti-corruption, anti-collusion, and anti-nepotism actions both inside and outside the corporation.
"Corruption and gratification are real enemies. Therefore I invite everyone to fight all forms of fraud, including by implementing the 4 No's principles, which consist of No Briberi, No Kick Back, No Gift, and No Luxurious Hospitality," concluded Farah Dewi.
