BULUNGAN– PT Pertamina EP (PEP) Bunyu Field successfully received the Benuanta Award 2023 from the Bulungan Regency government for two PEP Bunyu Field CSR programs which have supported regional government programs in the health and infrastructure sectors. The Regent of Bulungan, Syarwandi gave the award directly in November 2023 in Tanjung Selor, North Kalimantan.

Bunyu Field Senior Manager Andry Sehang welcomed the award received and explained Pertamina EP Bunyu Field's commitment to supporting Bulungan Regency Government programs through the Company's CSR programs.

"Our CSR program, Movement to Gerakan Tolong Masyarakat Sanitasi Tuntas (Gentong Mas Santun), succeeded in becoming Best Category I in the Infrastructure sector in Bunyu District. "This program is a solution for basic sanitation facilities in homes in swamp areas in the Bunyu area," explained Andry.

According to Andry, the Gentong Mas Santun Program is in line with the Company's efforts to support the achievement of sustainable development goals or Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), especially goal 3 on healthy and prosperous living, goal 6 on clean water and adequate sanitation, and goal 9 on infrastructure, industry, and innovation.

Meanwhile, the Stunting Protected Family Program (Ketinting) won Best Category III in the health sector in Bunyu District and Tanjung Selor District.

"The Ketinting Program is a health program to prevent and handle cases of stunting risk in Bulungan Regency. Through supplementary feeding (PMT) for babies and toddlers who have the risk of stunting. "This program contributes to the fulfillment of Sustainable Development Goal 3," explained Andry.
