Kutai Kartanegara – One of the subsidiaries of PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia (PHI), PT Pertamina Hulu Sanga Sanga (PHSS) collaborates with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Kutai Kartanegara to hold a series of blood donation activities in all PHSS Fields, namely Badak Field, Nilam, Samberah and Pearl.
PHSS Manager Ade Diar Suhendar said that for the first time, PHSS held this activity in all fields in the Sanga Sanga Working Area (WK) in East Kalimantan.

"Collaboration with external parties and stakeholders is not only limited to securing Company assets which are vital national objects, but also to protecting the safety, health and security of the community, such as this blood donation activity," said Ade.

According to him, this blood donation activity is a form of the company's commitment to implementing the Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program in the health sector because human resources (HR) are the most important asset in achieving the company's operations and business success.

"After carrying out screening in the form of a series of tests to determine eligibility to donate, thank God, 354 bags of blood were finally collected from the workers," said Ade.

Ade appreciated the enthusiasm of the participants and the collaboration that existed with PMI Kutai Kartanegara and other parties who helped carry out this activity. "Hopefully this blood donation can provide goodness and health benefits for blood donors and blood recipients later," he concluded.
Representing PMI Kutai Kartanegara, dr. Daniel Untario Hadi, SH, expressed his gratitude for the cooperation and collaboration which has been carried out well."The activity ran smoothly because it was supported by good planning and participant enthusiasm," he said.
