PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia (PHI) and its subsidiaries. PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PHM), PT Pertamina Hulu Sanga Sanga (PHSS) and PT Pertamina Hulu Kalimantan Timur (PHKT), started the year by organizing the Leadership Forum Retreat with the theme "PREPARING FUTURE LEADER"
The two-day program was held on 2-3 March 2020 at WikaSatrian, Megamendung, Bogor, to prepare PHI Group's leaders as the engine machine in facing 2020 as a year of agile and uncertain challenges for PHI Group.
On 2 March 2020, the participants participated in a practical sharing session to face the current VUCA condition from both the individual and organizational sides. The speakers during this session include Handry Satriago - General Electric Indonesia CEO who shared on how leaders and individuals should face VUCA conditions and Aloysius Budi Santoso – Chief Corporate Human Capital Development PT Astra International Tbk who presented Astra's experience in internalizing the Catur Darma Culture.
The first day's session was concluded with a presentation from PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia's Director, Bambang Manumayoso, who presented PHI and its three subsidiaries' challenges and unique characteristics that could be an opportunity and value creation to reach PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia's vision as a world-class oil and gas company.
On 3 March 2020, the company held a Focus Group Discussion where 59 participants from manager, VP, BOD and BOC level participated.
The Focus Group Discussion was aimed to gain insights from the leaders on the characters that the company should have, as well as to map out entropies that hinder work process' effectivity and efficiency within the PHI to reach the company's vision.
Bambang Manumayoso, while concluding the Leadership Retreat Program said that PHI as an organization has a world-class company asset based on Pertamina's values of 6C (Clean, Competitive, Confident, Customer Focus, Commercial, Capable) should be able to create values beyond the 6C to be able to fill PHI with winners.
