Jakarta-PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia (PHI) held the annual general shareholders' meeting (RUPS) on Friday, 4 June. The company's shareholders, PT Pertamina (Persero), represented by PT Pertamina Hulu Energi President Director Budiman Parhusip, PT Pertamina Pedeve Indonesia President Director Khurunnihayah,  PHI President Commissioner Adriansyah and the Board of Commissioners and PHI President Director Chalid Said Salim attended the meeting. 

PHI recorded a positive performance with oil production of 51.9 MBOPD and gas production of 728 MMSCFD throughout 2020. The company also aggressively conducted 119 exploitative drilling, 1 exploration drilling, 289 workovers and 7,240 well services. The company's Financial Performance Level realization in 2020 was within the A Health category. 

Throughout 2020, PHI's KPI realization exceeded its target with a final score of 101.72%. PHI also received several awards including Patra Adikriya Bhumi Award, ISO 370001 Certification, Indonesia CSR Awards, 10 PROPER Green, and many others. 

As a company that have a mission of running its business to create added value for its stakeholders, PHI also conducted various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. PHI put CSR as a commitment to manage the environmental and social impact of its operational activities, as well as empower communities in the surrounding operation areas that were implemented transparently and ethically. 

The company has several pillars that became the foundation in running its CSR programs, such as education; economy; health;  infrastructure; environment; and disaster&study. During the COVID-19 pandemic, PHI also tok part in stopping the spread of the virus by forming the Covid-19 Task Force while contributing directly to the community and surrounding environment by handing out hygiene kits and medical equipment. 

PHI majority shareholder, represented by Budiman Parhusip, appreciated PHI's performance and hoped that it would improve in 2021. The shareholders also approved the company's annual report for Financial Year 2020. Public Accounting Office Audit Result also declared “The Company's Annual Report with unqualified opiniton”.

PHI President Director Chalid Said Salim explained how the company achieved its production target, "Alhamdulillah (praise be to God), even though 2020 was a challenging year due to oil prices fluctuations and Covid-19 pandemic, we managed to passed the year with splendid performance. This is the result of PHI's big family's hard work and support from all stakeholders."
