PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam Holds Debriefing of 160 Prospective Participants in the OTTP 2022 Selection

Balikpapan – PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PHM) held a briefing for prospective participants of the Operation Technical Training Program (OTTP) 2022, an educational activity that prepares participants as operators and technicians of the Company. The participants of this debriefing session were communities located in the Ring 1 area of the company in Anggana, Muara Badak, Samboja, and Muara Java Districts.


This debriefing activity was carried out online on July 10-11, 2022, and was opened by the Head of Communication, Relations, & CID Zone 8 of PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam, Frans A. Hukom. "This debriefing activity aims to make participants understand the expected roles and responsibilities and prepare themselves to face the stages of selection in the OTTP 2022. Therefore, participants are expected to be able to take as much knowledge and benefits as possible from the speakers present," explained Frans.


According to Frans, the resource persons in the debriefing activity were OTTP alumni who currently work as officers or workers in the Company, including Yusuf Bachtiar (PO / SPS / P&S / PPA), Khotimah Idami (PO / SPS / MNP / IS), Andy Indra (PO / SPS / P&S / PCK), Andra Fachreza (PO / SPS / S&R / SNP), Pya Shinta Dewi (PO / SPU / MNT), and Arief Syahidan (PO / CPU / MNT). Every day there are 80 participants present, and a total of 160 participants. The participants participated in the debriefing session actively and enthusiastically during the two days of the activity.


This debriefing is expected to encourage people in the Company's Ring 1 area to participate, and improve their abilities, and confidence to face the OTTP participant selection test which will be held in two batches in Balikpapan, with the inaugural test on July 12, 2022.
