In an effort to realize the company's vision and mission in supporting Good Corporate Governance, as well as carrying out the company's commitment in complying with the prevailing laws and regulations, PHI is preparing the implementation of SNI ISO 37001:2016 Certification on Anti Bribery Management System (SMAP). SMAP provide guidance for public, private and non-profit organizations in building, implementing, and improving compliance programs to prevent, detect, and respond to bribery based on 6 principles:
The implementation of the six principles is conducted in a process named PDCA which is Plan, Do, Check, dan Action. As the purpose for the company's SMAP implementation, all PHI officers and stakeholders are expected to commit in the 4 No’s principles, which are:
The preparation started since the second quarter of 2020 with the appointment of consultancy team that guides the SMAP certification preparation process and the appointment of PHI SMAP Application and Certification Team based on PHI President Director's Warrant No. Prin-006/HI0000/2020-S0 dated 22 April 2020. The company conducted preparions in this stage, such as:
The SMAP certification by the appointed Certification Agency is expected to complete by the fourth quarter of 2020. The certification will need commitment and support from all PHI officers to reach the certification target and support the implementation of the company's Anti Bribery Policy in running its business process.
