Jakarta - PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia (PHI) held Anti Bribery Management System (Sistem Manajemen Anti Penyuapan/SMAP) Socialization and Induction Training SNI ISO 37001:2016 virtually (29/10) opened by Director of PHI, Chalid Said Salim.
Chalid explained that PHI is comitted to implementing SMAP and 4 No's principle: No Bribery, No Kickback, No Gift, and No Luxurious Hospitality. “PHI obliges worker in every level to submit gratification report through Compliance Online System Sub Holding Upstream, report any suspicion on corruption, bribery, conflict of interest, theft, fraud, and other infraction of the law thorugh Whistle Blowing System Pertamina Persero,” said Chalid.
In the occasion, Manager Compliance & Board Support PHI, Hasti Rachmawati explained aspects of SMAP comprehensively including : Soft structure of GCG and SMAP in PHI and Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PHM), anti-bribery policy in PHI, Company's basic integrity principles, commitment in supporting SMAP implementation, Code of Conduct (CoC) guideline, Conflict of Interest (CoI) guideline, further understanding on gratification, bribery, extortion, and monitoring of GCG in PHI and PHM.
Induction Training ISO 37001:2016 is delivered by Dwi Siska Susanti as Senior Advisor of SustaIN dan Lead Auditor (certified) Anti-Bribery Management System ISO 37001:2016. Dwi exposed the report of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners in current corruption condition and explained causes of corruptions, ISO 37001:2016 policy in Indonesia, regulation on corporate corruption, impacts of corporate corruption, and ISO 37001:2016 implementation in companies.
