Sangatta -  Pertamina EP (PEP) Sangatta Field held a series of healthy walking events, carnivals, and free health check-ups titled Sangatta Healthy Fest 2023 (26/2). Carrying the theme "Healthy Living Community Movement," this activity was attended by workers and partners of PEP Sangatta Field, residents of Sangkima village, followed by the Regent and Forkompimda of East Kutai Regency.  

General Manager of Zone 9, Andre Wijanarko, said that Sangatta Healthy Fest 2023 was held as a form of company friendship with the government and the community in the Company's operational area and at the same time encouraged the improvement of public health quality.

"We greatly appreciate the support of all stakeholders in the Company's operations and business activities. Thanks to the support of all parties, we managed to increase production to reach 2,657 BOPD. " Hopefully, we can continue to maintain national energy security together," he added.

Meanwhile, East Kutai Regent Ardiansyah Sulaiman considered that this activity positively impacted the Sangatta community. Ardiansyah also expressed his appreciation to PEP Sangatta for its role in providing benefits to the region and surrounding communities through community development programs.

"PEP Sangatta has succeeded in encouraging the development of kelulut honey cultivation so that it becomes a superior product for the residents of South Sangatta District," he said.
