Balikpapan – To strengthen synergies with partner companies, PT Pertamina Hulu Kalimantan Timur (PHKT) is holding Vendor Day 2023withcarrying the theme "With a Collaborative Spirit, We Strengthen Business Synergy to Increase Safety and Production Performance" (29/05/2023).

The event was attended by leaders and representatives from 25 partner companies consisting of 21 national companies, 4 Pertamina subsidiaries, their affiliates, and one government institution.

Senior Manager Production & Project Zone 10 R Suhardono explained that this Vendor Day activity aims to: maintain the integrity and credibility of partners in supporting the achievement of the Company's operational and business targets.

"We believe that the superior safety and operational performance of the collaboration partner companies between PHKT and its partners is essential as a step in realizing the Company's business objectives and at the same time as the implementation of Pertamina's AKHLAK values," explained Suhardono.

According to him, safety in operation is critical and is the responsibility of all parties, including all employees and partners of the Company. "Safety is no longer just a factor that is made a priority, but more than that, it has become a necessity for all of us," added Suhardono.

On this occasion, PHKT also gave awards to the three best partner companies in several categories, namely PT Bukaka Teknik Utama won The Best Partner in HSSE implementation, PT Duta Katup Mas received The Best Performance Partner in Work Completion, and PT East Infinita Indonesia received The Best Partner in Collaborative.
