Kutai Timur – Pertamina EP Sangatta Field gave medical equipment to the Government of Kutai Timur (Kutim) Regency on Friday (08/27/21). Sangatta Field Manager, Hanif Setiawan, directly handed over the aid to Kutim Regent, Drs. H. Ardiansyah Sulaiman, M.Si, to show company’s support for the efforts to accelerate pandemic mitigation.

The donated equipment included: 2 units of vital sign monitor, 2 units of  HEPA filter + 7-stage air purifier, and 2 units of syringe pump. These equipment will be used in the additional treatment rooms for COVID-19 positive patients in Regional Public Hospital (RSUD) Kudungga, Kutim.

Hanif noted that PEP Sangatta Field will continue to support the efforts to overcome COVID-19. “Hopefully these equipment will help in the treatment of patients confirmed to be COVID-19 positive in RSUD Kudungga,” he said.

On the same occasion, Head of COVID-19 Mitigation Acceleration Taskforce for Kutim Regency, Ardiyansah, expressed his appreciation for PEP Sangatta Field’s caring and donations as well as for its active participation in supporting Kutim Regency Government’s COVID-19 pandemic mitigation measures.

Previously, PEP Sangatta Field also had delivered donations to health workers and communities in the vicinity of the company’s work area, including: hand-washing facilities and soaps, disinfectants, sprayers, medical/non-medical masks and personal protective equipment, and Kelulut honey produced by a PEP Sangatta Field’s CSR partner.
