JAKARTA – Regional Kalimantan held an in-house training entitled “Upskilling Risk Management & ICoFR” on 27 July. It was in accordance with the implementation of Risk Management and Internal Control over Financial Report/IcoFR launched on 8 July 2021.
The training was held online with instructors from within the company, covering topics of: Introduction to Risk Management, Ongoing Business Risk, Investment Risk, KPI Risk Management, Business Processes and Organizational Changes, Performance Evaluation, Introduction to ICoFR, Business Process Matrix, Control Self-Assessment, ICoFR Management System, and KPI ICoFR. 49 Officers of Regional Kalimantan participated in it.
In his opening speech, Vice President of Business Support of Regional 3, Satya Nugraha, said that this program is part of all Regional Kalimantan managements’ commitment to implement Risk Management and ICoFR as stated in Risk Management Implementation Treaty of Pertamina Hulu Indonesia/Regional Kalimantan.
“The management of Regional Kalimantan has already received the same training, and now is your opportunity to understand more and in-depth about how Risk Management and ICoFR are implemented,” he said. He also reminded the participants to not hesitate to contact Business Support cq Risk Management Function for help should they had difficulties Risk Management and ICoFR implementation.
In line with that, Senior Manager of Human Capital (HC) of Regional Kalimantan, Muhammad Sodiqin, said that HC Function held such training in order to keep improving Regional Kalimantan Officers’ work competencies, particularly those related to Risk Management and ICoFR. He added that making it an in-house training would benefit the company since materials and examples delivered in the training could be arranged to reflect risk potentials in Regional Kalimantan area.
