Bali– PT Pertamina Hulu Sanga Sanga (PHSS) succeeded in winning the award for The Best Exploitation and Operation Excellence Cluster Production Above 10 MBOEPD at the 4th International Concentration on Indonesian Upstream Oil and Gas 2023 (ICIOG) event on Friday (22/09). This activity was attended by more than 3000 participants from 17 countries, with the presence of 4 ministries and 108 speakers.

The Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas and Natural Gas Business Activities (SKK Migas) gave this award to PHSS, received directly by the General Manager of Zone 9, Andre Wijanarko, at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center.

President Director of PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia (PHI) John Anis welcomed it with joy and full appreciation. "I wish PHSS congratulations and success for the achievements achieved in the 2023 SKK Migas Awards," said John.

"To support the Government's production target of 1 million BOPD and 12 billion Cubic Gas per Day by 2030, we are committed to producing oil and natural gas safely, reliably, compliantly, and environmentally friendly. "This award also strengthens our commitment to implementing this," continued John.

Andre Wijanarko said this award appreciated the officers' hard work managing the PHSS Work Area. "With the Company's commitment to continue to contribute to supporting national energy security, we believe that the sustainability of oil and gas operations and business, especially PHSS, plays an important role in Indonesia's economic development," said Andre.

Andre also appreciated stakeholders, SKK Migas, and Company Partners, for supporting the Company's operations. "One of PHSS' achievements in exploration and operational excellence is borderless synergy, which will make drilling operations much more efficient from various aspects," he concluded.

SKK Migas Deputy for Exploitation Wahyu Wibowo presented this award to PHSS and two other winners in the "Exploitation" category.

At the 4th ICIOG event, the SKK Migas gave awards to Cooperation Contract Contractors (KKKS) who performed best in several fields, such as exploitation, production, internal audit, career development performance, asset, and cost management.
