Muara Badak - PT Pertamina Hulu Sanga Sanga (PHSS) participated in and supported the implementation of the Bhayangkara Overland Activity at the Bontang Police, which was carried out with a large family of offroad enthusiasts throughout East Kalimantan (East Kalimantan). This activity is part of commemorating the 77th Bhayangkara Day in 2023.

This activity was attended by the Director of Community Development for the East Kalimantan Police, Head of the Medical Division for the East Kalimantan Police, Deputy Director for Community Development for the East Kalimantan Police, Dandim 0908 Bontang, Head of Bontang Police, Head of Litpers Propam, Mayor of Bontang, and Muspika of Muara Badak District. On this occasion, the General Manager and Zone 9 management were present representing PHSS.

Zone 9 General Manager Andre Wijanarko said that the Bhayangkara Overland Activity for the Bontang Police is a form of synergy with stakeholders and positive activities for the community, especially in the Muara Badak District which can contribute to the progress of off-road automotive in the East Kalimantan region.

"In this activity, an important presentation was given to increase participants' awareness of safety riding in line with the Company's HSSE policy," explained Andre.

The activity lasted 3 days via the Grand City route, Balikpapan - Tenggarong - Muara Badak - Bessai Berink Stadium, Bontang City. Participants arrived at PHSS Muara Badak Airport on Friday afternoon, followed by walking together, having dinner and socializing. The activity closed with the distribution of social assistance to underprivileged residents and stunted children.

One of the activity participants, Ahmad, expressed his appreciation to PHSS for supporting and contributing so that this activity went well.

"The participants were very enthusiastic about organizing this activity in order to strengthen the relationship between offroad enthusiasts and increase social sensitivity," said Ahmad.
