Kutai Kartanegara– PT Pertamina Hulu Sanga Sanga (PHSS) has provided assistance to fishermen and blood cockle farmers in Muara Badak District, Kutai Kartanegara, who have been affected by prolonged rainy weather and changing water conditions in recent months. The aid distribution, conducted in collaboration with the Social Affairs Office of Kutai Kartanegara Regency, took place at the Muara Badak Ilir Village Community Hall on Tuesday (March 4, 2025).

Stepanus Tung Liah, representing Assistant I of the Kutai Kartanegara Regency Government, Akhmad Taufik Hidayat, expressed gratitude for PHSS’s initiative. “This aid reflects PHSS’s concern for the local community. We appreciate their support and hope it will relieve those affected,” said Stepanus.

He also hoped that the assistance would help ease the financial burden on fishermen and farmers whose livelihoods have been impacted. “We trust this aid will be used effectively to support the community until conditions return to normal,” he added.
