Jakarta – PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia (PHI) and its subsidiary, PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PHM), successfully maintained the SNI ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) certification in 2025. This achievement reflects the Company’s consistent commitment and efforts to implement ABMS governance across all business and operational lines. The certification is an international standard that serves as a benchmark for institutions, companies, and organizations across sectors and scales regarding anti-bribery policies and controls.

A comprehensive audit was conducted as part of the effort to maintain the certification. The process began with an internal audit conducted by the Ad Hoc Internal Audit Team in August 2025, followed by the 2nd ABMS Surveillance Audit in 2025, conducted by an external auditor team from PT TUV Nord Indonesia Certification Body on 3–5 December 2025.

Based on the PT TUV Nord Indonesia Audit Team's assessment, PHI and PHM were deemed to have effectively implemented the SNI ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System. Furthermore, the audit results found no non-conformities, either Major or Minor. Nevertheless, as part of the application of continuous improvement principles, the Audit Team provided several inputs and recommendations to enhance ABMS implementation further.

With the successful maintenance of the ISO 37001:2016 certification, PHI and PHM are expected to strengthen stakeholder trust further. The Company has implemented anti-corruption programs in accordance with internationally recognized standards. This strongly supports the Company’s efforts to achieve its vision of becoming a leading national energy company that supports the sustainability of oil and gas production to ensure national energy availability and resilience.

The strong commitment of PHI and PHM in implementing ABMS is demonstrated through the establishment of the Anti-Bribery Compliance Function Team/Tim Fungsi Kepatuhan Anti Penyuapan (FKAP). The team is led by PHI Senior Manager Relations, Handri Ramdhani, who also serves as PHI ABMS Top Management, and by PHM Zona 8 General Manager, Setyo Sapto Edi, who also serves as PHM ABMS Top Management.

In addition, PHI and PHM consistently implement other ABMS programs, including the Anti-Corruption Culture Socialization Program, Gratification Prevention Program, the mandatory submission of State Officials’ Wealth Reports (LHKPN), the Whistleblowing System (WBS), and the submission of compliance reports through the Compliance Online System.
