Encouraging Social and Environmental Innovation, PHSS and CSR Foster Partners Celebrate the 2023 National Appropriate Technology (TTG) Title

Bandar Lampung -  Pertamina Hulu Sanga Sanga (PHSS) supports the Archipelago Appropriate Technology Title (GTTGN), which was held at the Way Halim Sports Activity Center (PKOR), Bandar Lampung on June 7, 2023. This event is a series of TTG titles previously held at the provincial level.

This time, The National TTG title was attended by invited guests from government agencies and representatives from 37 provinces. For five days, this series of events was filled with various activities such as gala dinners, workshop discussions, business meetings, BUMDesa Financial Reporting Workshops, Lectures, Fashion Shows, Archipelago Fast Precise Contests, and the XXIV GTTGN Technical Coordination Meeting.

Muhammad Mansyur, a Local Hero of the CSR program assisted by PHSS, namely the Take Care of Our Coastal Program, was lined up as a guest speaker at the event. Mansyur explained that he and the target group wanted to increase public awareness of protecting the coastal ecosystem.

"Coastal ecosystems that are maintained can open up potential employment opportunities from tourism. So that it can replace economic activities that are not environmentally friendly and damage the coastal ecosystem," said Mansyur.

Meanwhile, the Head of CRC Zone 9, Elis Fauziyah, who was also present at the National TTG on behalf of PHSS, explained that the company collaborates with all stakeholders, especially the community and the government, in carrying out the company's CSR programs, to be able to create benefits and values ​​that are shared. Creating shared values).

"The Keep Our Coastal Program is a program that focuses on environmental rehabilitation and social development in the Pangempang area, Muara Badak District, East Kalimantan Province," he said.

According to Elis, some of the activities carried out in the Take Care of Our Coastal Program show the company's commitment to continuing to protect the environment and developing the economic potential in the region. "We are transplanting coral reefs, planting mangroves, outreach, and actions to protect the environment, as well as various kinds of training in managing tourist objects," concluded Elis.

Previously, at the TTG event at the East Kalimantan Province level in Bontang last May, PHSS was present with fostered partners, namely the Balanipa and Jagoan PHSS Groups, and Pertamina EP Sangatta attended with fostered partners the Trigona Reborn Group for the Kelulut Gardens Program.
