Jakarta- PT Pertamina Hulu Indonesia (PHI) appreciates the role of the Patra Women's Association (PWP) as a crucial partner in supporting the success of the company's upstream oil and gas operations. PHI President Director Sunaryanto expressed this at the PWP's 25th anniversary celebration, held in a hybrid format at the 12th floor of the Graha Elnusa Building on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. This year's PWP anniversary theme was: "Patra Women Advancing Together and Moving Faster."

The event was attended by PWP administrators at the central and regional levels within PHI, including the Head of PWP Central Level, Yourina Sunaryanto, as well as the Heads of PWP Regional Levels Zona 8, 9, and 10, as well as PWP members from various company operational areas, such as the Sangatta, Sanga-Sanga, Tanjung, Bunyu, and Tarakan fields, who participated online. The PWP organization was founded on May 30, 2000. PWP is a community organization that brings together and fosters its members, who are the wives of workers, through various activities in the fields of education, socio-cultural, and economics.

PHI President Director, Sunaryanto, stated that the theme "Women Patra Advancing Together and Moving Faster" is highly relevant to the challenges currently facing the company, particularly in managing mature oil and gas fields amidst the rapidly changing dynamics of the industry. "Women who continue to advance and develop become reliable partners for their partners, supporting their work success and making a positive contribution to the company," he said.

As PWP celebrates its 25th anniversary, Sunaryanto expressed his hope that PWP will continue to carry out its strategic role well and continue to receive the blessings of Allah SWT. "The role and leadership of strong and caring women are also key to maintaining family balance. If the father is the head of the family, then the mother is the one who guides the family," said Anto, Sunaryanto's nickname.

Yourina Sunaryanto, Chairperson of the PWP Central Level of the Indonesian Women's Association (PHI), conveyed the PWP Chairperson's message, emphasizing the importance of upholding the organization's noble values, such as unity, togetherness, and integrity; fostering strong, intelligent, and caring female leadership, and strengthening women's roles in various aspects of life. "This activity's theme reflects PWP's commitment to continued adaptive, collaborative, and responsive growth in response to the dynamics of changing times," she said.

She stated that PWP continues to encourage the development of relevant and sustainable member empowerment programs and is implementing digital transformation in financial reporting management to improve the organization's efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.

As part of this anniversary commemoration, PWP also implemented a social service program, providing educational funding for the children of high-achieving Supporting Service Workers (TKJP). A total of 17 students received educational assistance, consisting of 10 elementary school students, two junior high school students, two high school students, and three vocational high school students. "This community service program is a tangible manifestation of PWP's concern for the future of the younger generation and a form of social contribution to the PHI family," he concluded.

PWP's existence is part of a social ecosystem that strengthens the foundation of the company's values by upholding a spirit of togetherness and integrity.
